Omron 3G3MX2 Harmonised Machine Control
Omron 3G3MX2 inverter is specifically designed for driving advanced motor and machine control. With advanced design and algorithm the 3G3MX2 provides smooth control down to zero speed, torque control capabilities in an open loop.
Machine control functionality includes positioning, speed synchronisation and logic programming. Fully integrated with Omron smart automation platform. (Recommended substitute for 3G3MV inverter.)

Positioning Functionality
Specifically developed application functionalities to solve simple positioning tasks without the need for an external controller. 8 positions, plus home setting can be selected and can be switched between speed and position mode.
Torque Control
High starting torque and torque control capabilities in open loop. Options for all major fieldbus systems and 24VDC external supply. The 3G3MX2 Inverter delivers 200% starting torque near stand still (0.5 Hz) and can operate in torque control in open loop mode. Allows 3G3MX2 to be used in applications where a closed loop AC vector drives were previously used.
Easy Network Integration
With Built-in RS485 Modbus communications and the possibilities for integration in standard industrial networks, such as Devicenet, Profibus, CANopen, CompoNet, ML-II or EtherCat
External 24 VDC for Continuous Operation
With no additional hardware, a 24VDC connection to the 3G3MX2 Inverter ensures that the CPU is always in control, even when the main input is removed. A key feature of the 3G3MX2 Inverter Drive is its embedded safety. In accordance to ISO 13849-1, Cat 3, with two safety inputs and an External Device Monitoring (EDM) output.
Direct Integration into the Safety Circuit
The 3G3MX2 Inverter can easily fit into any safety circuit. The safety inputs can be linked from one inverter to another without additional safety relays.
